Jeremiah Johnson has been building in the Carolina’s for over 20 years. He’s had his hands in the design and building process of some of the Upstate’s most beautiful homes; from historic home renovations in the heart of Greenville, to new builds on property, in communities like Chanticleer, the Cliffs, and one of the largest residential estates in South Carolina.
Jeremiah’s design eye allows him to collaborate with owners and architects from the very beginning of the process, and his attention to detail, industry knowledge and building standards, along with technology integration all enable him to operate a referral based business, starting relationships as clients, ending as friends.
Lydia is a Realtor in Greenville and has been with Marchant Real Estate nearly ten years, after a decade of experience working with both The Greenville News and The Greenville Journal in Real Estate marketing.

Jeremiah and his wife Lydia reside in Greer with two of their three children, their two dogs and cat. Their oldest son is studying Construction Project Management and Global Studies at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
I have walked through homes that Jeremiah has built in the states, and I know what kind of stunning work he is capable of, but it is just as beautiful to spend time with him in Ethiopia, where he goes back to basics, the carpentry skill in its most elementary form, and teaches the boys in our program how to create something they can use every day, while imparting a skill they can use for the rest of their lives. Jeremiah has an incredible heart for people and a work ethic that can be seen in the most beautiful estate, or in the carpentry work of a bench, a table, or a simple garden box on the other side of the world.
