This home truly is like no other from a building perspective, and I’m sure from a design perspective as well. Wright Design is a long standing Greenville Firm with some of Greenville's most prestigious homes in their portfolio, and Brad Wright's abilities and plans have been recognized nation wide. As Greenville's art scene has exploded over the last decade, so many fantastic designers have made our city "home", but we have worked with idStudio on projects through the years and they do not disappoint. They have been designing across the southeast for over 20 years, and their approach not only ties a home building project together, but they have the ability to reflect their client in timeless, rich design aspects. Owner Kim Jackson runs a referral based business. She and her team take care of their clients, builders, and work to tie a multi-facet process together in a beautiful way.
Lydia Johnson (Jeremiah's wife) has sold residential real estate for Marchant Real Estate for over ten years. The company feels like an extension of our own family. We are grateful for them, their deep roots in our town, and their reputation as a firm, along with the individual reputations of their agents. Lydia works on a team of three, GreenvilleOne, and has achieved Platinum Sales Status for several years in a row. They are client service centered and can help with any real estate needs in the Greenville/Spartanburg area.
We were referred to Kayo Creative and love having them work with us to rebrand Newlin Construction, and showcase our work and who we are.
